Cancellation Policy

- You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through your account on the website or the Wix app. - If cancelled in time, the session will be credited back to your account and may be used or rescheduled later (within the 6-month validity). - No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the session being forfeited and non-refundable, unless arranged in advance. - Late arrivals will result in a shorter session. Missed time cannot be added to the end of the period. - If the teaching staff is late, the missed time will be added when possible or rescheduled. Please read the full T&C
